Responsible for:
- Creating a Positive First Impression: Welcoming all customers and visitors to the dealership in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Customer Support: Assisting customers with their enquiries and ensuring they receive the highest standard of service throughout their visit.
- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues to support a welcoming dealership environment.
- Reception Duties: Managing incoming telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with showroom administration and ensuring customer information is handled accurately.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers.
- Professional Telephone Manner: A friendly and professional approach when handling customer calls and enquiries.
