As a Service Advisor, you\\\'ll be the face of our service department, ensuring every customer has a smooth and excellent journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maximising Service Sales: Use your exceptional communication skills to confidently upsell additional products, services, and repair work.
  • Customer Support: Deliver product knowledge and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high degree of care.
  • System Management: Ensure all systems and documentation are completed with high accuracy, maintaining a well-organised workflow.
