As a Holdcroft Senior Technician, you will support the team by accurately diagnosing complex vehicle issues, liaising with and supporting the Master Technician to maximize 'single entry repair promise' (fixed first visit). Holdcroft provides the latest specialist tooling and support, investing in your personal development. You will have ongoing training and a clear career progression path tailored to your ambitions. What we are looking for in a Senior Technician:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field
- Experience working in a workshop environment
- Main dealership experience is preferred but not essential
- Valid UK driver's license
- Ability to meet team and individual targets
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high workload
