As a Paint Technician in our Stoke-on-Trent body centre, you\’ll be the artist behind every repair, ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Handling a variety of body work, from SMART repairs to small panel repairs, ensuring all jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Preparing and spray painting damaged vehicles with meticulous attention to detail.
- De-nibbing and polishing paintwork to achieve a pristine finish.
- Performing light strip and refit of vehicle components as needed.
- Working efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction with every completed job.
We\’re looking for a skilled professional who brings:
- ATA / NVQ level 3 qualification in a relevant field (highly advantageous).
- A positive attitude towards your work, customers, and colleagues.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with everyone.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
