The Holdcroft Motor Group is seeking an experienced Parts and Workshop Controller with expertise in both areas to ensure excellence at our Northwich site. The successful candidate will serve as the key link between the workshop, Service Advisors, Service Manager, and Parts department, facilitating smooth daily operations within the service and parts departments.
Working collaboratively, you will organize and schedule technical work, enhance profitability through efficiency, and handle customer concerns related to technical issues. Maintaining excellent communication with customers and external partners, you will liaise between Technicians, Service, and Parts, manage parts orders and stock, and ensure proper job allocation within the workshop.
What we are looking for in a Parts and Workshop Controller:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent City and Guilds or BTEC accreditation) with relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Understanding of workshop KPIs and warranty procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of successful parts department operations.
- Motivated team player willing to support colleagues.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and stay updated on complex product information to improve profitability.
- Exceptional customer service attitude.
