The Holdcroft Motor Group is looking for a dynamic Parts Advisor to join our successful parts team in Hanley. If you're ready to maximise parts sales, build strong customer relationships, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Location: Hanley, Stoke on Trent

Salary: Excellent base salary with OTE £30,000 (uncapped bonus!)

As a Parts Advisor, you will be the key to our parts department's success. Your role will involve maximising sales and profitability through strong communication and expert advice.

Responsibilities
  • Maximising parts sales and profitability by providing accurate quotes and advice to service and trade customers.
  • Demonstrating a high attention to detail and accuracy while completing all cost control duties and recording customer requirements.
  • Maintaining and developing external relationships with trade customers.
  • Liaising with manufacturers and external warranty providers to secure specific information and approval.
  • Keeping your product knowledge up to date with market research and in‑house training.
  • Handling all payments and ensuring all documentation aligns with manufacturer and dealership policies.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working within a parts role is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for all levels of customers and staff.
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of working in a parts environment.
  • Proficiency in IT and computer systems.
  • A well‑organised approach and the ability to manage a high workload efficiently.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
