Are you the person who lives for a clean spreadsheet and feels a deep sense of satisfaction when a project tracker is 100% up to date? Holdcroft Motor Group is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our central marketing team. You’ll be the glue that holds our campaigns together and the primary point of contact for our external partners across the entire Holdcroft Group. If you thrive on checklists, enjoy spinning multiple plates, and want to see how a major brand operates from the inside out, this is your next career move.
You will be the central hub of our marketing activity, ensuring that every project - from digital updates to live events - runs like clockwork.
- Digital & Web Administration: Act as the main point of contact for our web agency. You’ll manage the ticketing system to ensure site updates and optimisations are handled promptly and keep our CMS imagery and copy fresh.
- Logistics & Activations: Manage the end-to-end process of booking product placements and coordinating with influencers. You’ll also be a key player in planning brand events, managing everything from guest lists to on-the-day logistics.
- Campaign & Brand Support: Support our Group Marketing and Brand Campaign Managers in rolling out integrated campaigns. You’ll ensure "always-on" requirements (like email newsletters and social assets) are delivered on time.
- Strategic Planning: Maintain the brand planners and marketing calendars to ensure the wider team is perfectly aligned on deadlines and launch dates.
What we are looking for:
- You have 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role and are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
- You can brief an agency clearly and follow up firmly but professionally.
- You have a basic understanding of digital channels (Social, Email, Paid) and experience with CMS platforms or project management tools (like Monday.com or Asana).
- You can switch from technical web tickets to creative event planning without losing your stride.
- A full UK Driving License.
