About The Role
We are looking for a driven, commercially minded and results‑focused individual to join the expanding marketing team at Holdcroft. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our ongoing digital transformation and contribute directly to the performance and optimisation of marketing activity across the group. You will bring energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset, with a strong interest in data‑led decision making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis across marketing activities.
- Handle all data requests for marketing campaigns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and improve efficient data processes and workflows.
- Clean and maintain high‑quality data in collaboration with wider teams.
- Manage data collection projects from initiation through to completion.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure full data compliance across the group, including GDPR, advertising standards, financial compliance, manufacturer requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Carry out in‑depth analysis and produce clear, actionable reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks.
- Support compliance across Holdcroft and all partner brands.
