About The Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and flexible Showroom Host / Administrator to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role is to provide cover for sickness, annual leave, and busy periods across our Stoke-on-Trent and Crewe showrooms. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting the day-to-day administration of our busy dealerships. Flexibility is essential, as shifts will be scheduled across seven days, with working hours between 9:00am and 5:30pm.
Your Role
- Welcome customers into the showroom with a friendly and professional approach.
- Signpost customers to the appropriate department or member of the team.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently.
- Support the showroom with general administrative duties.
- Ensure the reception and customer areas remain clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Assist the sales and aftersales teams with administrative tasks as required.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.

About You
- Previous customer service or reception experience is preferred.

- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
