Are you a proactive, customer-focused professional with a passion for the automotive industry? Holdcroft has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our busy, award-winning parts team based in Crewe. If you have experience within the automotive parts environment and enjoy building strong customer relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing dealership.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting both trade and retail customers while helping to maximise parts sales and maintain excellent service standards within a fast-paced environment.

Your role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade and retail customers through exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Maximise parts sales opportunities while delivering a customer-first experience.
  • Manage a busy workload with strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all parts orders, systems, and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide professional guidance and support to customers regarding parts availability and specifications.
