Holdcroft Motor Group is hiring a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic.

Location: Crewe, Cheshire.

Salary: Excellent Base with OTE £60,000 - Uncapped bonus.

Hours: This salary is based on a 42.5 hour week; however hours can be adjusted to accommodate your needs, and the equivalent hourly rate will be paid accordingly.

Role Overview:

As a Holdcroft Technician, you will support the technical team, carrying out general servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs to a very high standard, in line with manufacturing specifications. You will use the latest tooling and support to perform your duties and participate in manufacturer training to keep your knowledge up-to-date. In addition, you will liaise directly with customers on technical issues, providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • Proven knowledge and experience of working within a workshop environment.
  • MOT Licence is preferred but not required.
  • Valid UK driver’s licence.
  • Ability to work towards team and individual targets.
  • High attention to detail.
