As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting both trade and retail customers while helping to maximise parts sales and maintain excellent service standards within a fast-paced environment.
Your role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade and retail customers through exceptional service and product knowledge
- Maximise parts sales opportunities while delivering a customer-first experience
- Manage a busy workload with strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ensure all parts orders, systems, and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently
