The Opportunity

Are you looking for an exciting, dynamic operational role where no two days are the same? At Holcim, we are seeking a dedicated Area Operative to join our Express Asphalt team. Based from our Darlaston plant, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a varied workload while supporting operations across multiple sites throughout the Midlands region. From mixing asphalt on state-of-the-art operating systems to operating mobile plant equipment, welcoming customers on the weighbridge, upselling shop items, and assisting our technical team with quality testing, you will play a key, hands-on role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
