Joining us on-site at Moorcroft Quarry as a Mechanical Fitter where you will play a central role in maintaining our plant machinery and ensuring our production assets remain reliable, efficient, and safe. You will work a structured Monday to Friday shift pattern (06:30 to 16:30), offering you a reliable routine with your weekends completely free.
In this role, you will:
- Perform planned maintenance and mechanical repairs across site machinery and assets.
- Respond effectively to plant stoppages, finding practical solutions that return equipment to full service safely.
- Contribute to safe working procedures, risk assessments, and daily health and safety routines.
- Maintain clean, tidy, and hazard-free working environments across the quarry.
- Work alongside a close-knit team, supporting colleagues and sharing practical knowledge daily.
