Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager, you'll be the face of Holcim in the Brisbane market, driving customer relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering commercial success. Command your patch - own the region, building a stronghold in a competitive market.

About the opportunity: Available due to an internal promotion, this is your chance to step into a dynamic, Brisbane-based commercial role with one of the world's leading sustainable building materials companies. This role gives you the opportunity to command your patch, owning a high-profile portfolio of customers, building a commercial stronghold in a booming market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a strategic plan to achieve and exceed sales and growth targets.
  • Build and deepen relationships with key customers to secure loyalty and future opportunities.
  • Identify and capitalise on market trends and large project tenders, including Tier 1-3 infrastructure projects.
  • Lead pricing strategy and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Drive innovation and collaboration across internal teams to deliver solutions for your clients.

About You: We're searching for a commercial leader with grit, vision, and the drive to own their territory. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Sales or account management experience in construction, building materials, or related sectors.
