An exciting opportunity has become available for a Plant Supervisor to join our team at the Kingsbury site, overseeing the day-to-day operation of a wet batch concrete plant. This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday, 07:00-17:00, with overtime opportunities available. This position offers the chance to take ownership of a busy production environment where safety, quality and operational efficiency are central to success. You'll play a key role in coordinating plant activities, maintaining high operational standards and supporting the smooth delivery of products to customers.

  • Supervising the day-to-day running of the wet batch concrete plant, ensuring operations are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with company procedures.
  • Operating the batching plant and accurately batching concrete to specification and quality standards.
  • Carrying out routine plant inspections, basic maintenance activities and reporting defects or operational issues promptly.
  • Operating and maintaining the loading shovel safely and effectively to support plant operations and material management.
  • Monitoring stock levels, processing delivery and collection documentation accurately, and maintaining high housekeeping and site safety standards.

You hold loading shovel experience and are confident operating plant equipment safely. You have a good understanding of health, safety, environmental and quality standards within an operational setting. You communicate well with colleagues, customers and management teams, contributing positively to a collaborative working environment. You are proactive in identifying maintenance requirements, operational improvements and site housekeeping standards.
