You’ll be joining a close-knit team in a busy site environment where no two days are the same. Alongside the weighbridge and administration responsibilities, you’ll also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge across wider site operations. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in staying organised, and want to build a long-term career within operations, this could be a great next step.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting drivers and visitors, answering incoming calls and carrying out site inductions.
  • Coordinating dispatch activities across road, rail and barge, working closely with planners, transport teams, drivers and site staff.
  • Processing daily production data and updating operational spreadsheets using Google applications and internal systems.
  • Supporting the administration of site Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) processes to ensure records and documentation remain up to date.

Who you are

  • You’re confident working in a busy office or operational environment and enjoy interacting with a variety of people.
  • You have strong communication skills and can build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and drivers.
  • You’re organised, reliable and capable of managing multiple tasks at the same time.
  • You’re comfortable using workplace systems and applications, including Google Sheets and other PC-based software.
  • You take a proactive and conscientious approach to your work, with strong attention to detail.
  • You’re keen to learn, develop new skills and gain broader exposure across site operations.
