The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in a hands-on Mechanical Apprenticeship within our production and engineering team. You will be based on site, working alongside experienced engineers and technicians who will support you as you learn how to maintain and improve our industrial, manufacturing equipment and infrastructure across the site. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, problem solving and understanding how machinery and mechanical systems work.
You will gain real industry experience, a recognised qualification and the chance to build a long-term career in a growing and innovative sector. You will learn how to work safely in an engineering environment, follow planned maintenance routines and support with fixing breakdowns when they occur. You will get hands-on experience inspecting mechanical systems, carrying out preventative maintenance and supporting with fixing mechanical breakdowns when they happen.

You will enjoy working in a practical environment and have a keen interest in how machines and mechanical systems work. You are naturally curious and like asking questions so you can learn and improve.
