Where you can further develop your electrical skills as part of our large on-site engineering team at our Cement Manufacturing Plant in Cauldon, Staffordshire. As part of our engineering shift team, you'll work mostly day shifts, with limited nights and only two weekends in every six-week rotation. You'll be joining at an exciting time as we continue to invest in this plant through new equipment and an expanding engineering team.
You’ll have a truly varied role as you’ll work on a variety of electrical systems, from batteries to high-voltage equipment. You’ll also be involved in exciting electrical projects, including upgrading switchgear and motor control centres. Alongside projects for plant upgrades, you’ll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance work to keep our operations running smoothly.
You’ll be a qualified engineer with either an apprenticeship or a Level 3 qualification in an Electrical discipline. You’ll have experience working within an industrial engineering environment.
