As a key member of the team, this permanent, on-site role involves a variety of essential functions to keep our operations running smoothly:
- Weighbridge & Administration: Producing accurate weighbridge tickets for all departing loads and handling telephone inquiries with utmost professionalism.
- Plant Operation: Safely and efficiently operating mobile plant machinery, including Loading Shovels and Articulated Dump Trucks, while performing meticulous daily safety checks.
- Quality & Dispatch: Controlling the quality of our products and managing the efficient dispatch of materials.
- Maintenance & Care: Conducting daily plant inspections, reacting promptly to site breakdowns in coordination with the maintenance team, and looking after the valuable plant assets and equipment entrusted to you.
- Site Housekeeping: Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and safety across the plant mechanism, adjacent buildings, and site areas to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Data Management: Accurately documenting production data, plant logs, and any operational stoppages or breakdowns.
