The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join Holcim UK in a high-profile, commercially focused role within our UK Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Performance Reporting & Finance Planning, you will act as a strategic business partner, working closely with senior leaders to interpret financial and operational performance, influence decision‑making, and drive improvements in EBITDA, cash flow, and sustainable growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on commercial challenge, storytelling with data, and visible business impact.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead monthly performance reporting across financial, operational, and sustainability metrics, providing clear insight and narrative on business drive.
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and mid‑term planning cycles, building robust financial models and scenario analysis.
- Partner with Business Finance and senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions, evaluate trade‑offs, and shape decisions.
- Translate complex data into compelling insights using analytics, visualisation, and financial storytelling.
