The Opportunity
Ever wanted to work in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility? We’re offering a rare opportunity to lead production operations at exactly that; our brand new, state-of-the-art cement grinding terminal in the Port of Tilbury. As the Production Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role in a 24/7 operation. Leading a team of Supervisors across a plant that’s been designed to have the latest tech throughout, where you’ll be supplying cementitious materials into construction projects across the South East and beyond. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of the production team. Leading not only general production but also supporting the team's growth and development onsite. This is a chance to make a measurable impact in building out a major operational platform from the ground up. Backed by our global expertise and a clear sustainability mandate, the Tilbury terminal is your opportunity to be part of something game-changing for UK manufacturing.
