The Opportunity

Tilbury Grinding Station is our brand-new, state-of-the-art cement terminal. As Process Optimisation Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping the performance of this flagship site from day one. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you'll lead day-to-day process optimisation across the site, supporting safe, reliable, and efficient production of products. You'll oversee the site's laboratory function and work cross-functionally to maximise output, energy efficiency, and quality control in a 24/7 production environment. As a key member of the site leadership team, you'll coach and support production teams, challenge performance norms, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Bringing together insights from operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality you'll unlock the full potential of this site.
