The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they get the service, information, and support they need, while helping to keep projects running smoothly. This is more than just answering calls; it’s about problem-solving, planning ahead, and being part of a team that keeps construction moving across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with customers, portraying a professional image that encourages repeat business.
- Handling orders accurately, managing administration, and keeping customers informed every step of the way.
- Working with operations and logistics teams to anticipate and resolve any issues quickly.
- Coordinating delivery priorities and forward programming future orders to maximise efficiency.
