If you enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, building trusted partnerships and seeing ideas turn into major projects on the ground, this role offers real scope and impact.
You will have the chance to influence where we focus our efforts, shape sector strategies, and work closely with senior leaders to convert opportunity into long term, sustainable growth. You will be part of a collaborative, forward thinking team that works across the business to develop solutions for some of the UK’s most significant projects, contributing directly to Holcim's growth ambitions and purpose led strategy.
You will create strong internal and external relationships, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and with customers and partners across your sector. A key part of the role is identifying and developing partnerships that support sustainable growth and help position Holcim as a trusted, long term partner on major projects.

Challenges are approached with resilience and balance, using structured thinking to navigate complexity and arrive at practical, considered outcomes. Collaboration, openness and long term partnership are central to how you work. You are motivated by the opportunity to shape sector strategy and see it realised through high quality, sustainable construction projects that deliver visible, lasting impact.
