The Opportunity
We have a new vacancy for a Mortar Site Supervisor at our Eco Readymix Plant in Kidderminster. You will effectively control all operations of all site & its assets in the most efficient way possible to best contribute towards the profitability of the company. You will be reliable, willing, flexible and able to react and adapt to each day’s requirements. You will be an efficient communicator and closely liaise with the Area Operations Manager. You will strive to improve site presentation to achieve a good example of acceptable standards and to receive customer enquiries and orders in a polite and courteous manner, maintaining the company image to the highest standard.
What will you bring?

- Flexible approach to hours.
- Knowledge of AI Policies and procedures an advantage.
- Knowledge of concrete desired but not essential.
- Customer focused and customer service experience is a plus.
- Batching plant experience is desirable.
- Good communication skills required.
