We're looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Area Sales Manager to join our Asphalt & Surfacing Solutions team, covering the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to grow their career with a global leader in sustainable construction. You'll have the freedom to develop new business, strengthen key customer relationships and play a pivotal role in delivering profitable growth across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving sales growth across your territory through both new and existing customer relationships
  • Identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities
  • Building strong partnerships with customers and key stakeholders across the construction sector
  • Promoting Holcim's innovative asphalt and surfacing solutions
  • Managing and growing market share within your region
  • Delivering against volume, revenue and margin targets
  • Monitoring market activity and analysing wins, losses and emerging opportunities
  • Producing commercial reports and insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Acting as a trusted ambassador for the Holcim brand
