The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Depot Operative to join our team at our operations in Theale Depot. You will be operating mobile plant (Loading Shovel) safely and efficiently carrying out daily safety checks via the electronic system. You will also look after the operation of fixed production plant, loading and unloading of wagons and weighbridge, dispatching and controlling the quality of product. Start time is 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, it includes weekend working as well.
Who you are
- A highly motivated individual with drive and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work as part of a 24 hour, 7 day a week operation as required.
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work to a deadline.
- Ability to do physical labour.
- Previous experience within a similar industry.
- Experience in the operation of mobile plant (Loading Shovel) is mandatory.
