The opportunity

Asphalt isn't just a material. It's the backbone of modern Britain. We're reimagining what Asphalt can be. We know that time is critical, which is why we offer our Express Asphalt service, designed specifically for quick collections - in fact we guarantee a 30-minute turnaround for single product loads. Now, we're looking for a Head of Commercial - Express to take this to the next level. This isn't a maintenance role. It's a mandate to reshape the market.

You will have full ownership of commercial strategy driving growth, redefining customer interaction, and cementing Holcim as the UK's market leader in next-generation Asphalt solutions.
