The Opportunity
Are you passionate about creating safer, more sustainable industrial environments? We’re looking for a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to be based at our brand-new Tilbury Grinding Station, a state-of-the-art cement terminal. This is a pivotal site-based role where you’ll lead the day-to-day safety and compliance agenda, working alongside operational, engineering, and contractor teams. You’ll take full responsibility for ensuring compliance with UK regulations and wider Holcim standards across all areas of site operation, from maintenance and production to lab and logistics activities. As the key health and safety presence on-site, you’ll champion a strong safety culture, deliver essential training, manage risk assessments and support incident investigations.
Who you are
You’ll have direct Health & Safety experience with a NEBOSH Certificate to back up that proven experience. You’ll have worked in industrial or manufacturing settings. You bring a proactive approach to HSE improvement, with strong knowledge of UK legislation and the ability to influence positive change.
