The Opportunity
Holcim's FP&A function is at a pivotal stage of its transformation. Joining an evolving department you’ll work closely with the Senior FP&A Manager, playing a central role in turning complex financial data into clear, meaningful insight that supports decision-making across the business. With exposure to senior leadership and a broad operational landscape, this role offers the chance to shape how performance is understood and communicated, while contributing to the development of a modern, insight-led finance function. What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver monthly financial, operational, and sustainability reporting, providing clear explanations of key drivers and trends
- Lead the technical delivery of forecasting, budgeting, and mid-term planning processes
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models that support strategic decision-making
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess business performance, including EBITDA and cash flow outcomes
- Translate complex data into accessible insights using visualisation tools for senior stakeholders
Who You Are
- You are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong grounding in financial planning and analysis
- You are comfortable working with complex data and financial models, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- You are naturally curious about how the business operates and seek to understand the drivers behind performance
- You communicate confidently, adapting technical financial information into clear, relevant insight for non-finance stakeholders
- You are adaptable and open to change, with an interest in contributing to the ongoing development of FP&A processes and capability
