At Holcim , we are seeking a dedicated Plant Supervisor to oversee our Ready-mix batching plant.
While the job title is 'Plant Supervisor', you will not be managing a team of direct reports.
Instead, your focus is on supervising the operational processes, batching concrete to exact specifications, and collaborating closely with incoming mixer truck drivers, contractors, and visitors to ensure outstanding Health & Safety practices across the depot.
You'll work Monday to Friday 7 until 5 with optional overtime at the weekends.
Ideally, you hold valid certificates/tickets for a loading shovel or telehandler .
However, if you do not currently hold these qualifications, full training will be provided .
Safety-Focused: You naturally prioritise Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Environmental compliance.
A Strong
Communicator: You enjoy building positive working relationships.
Detail-Oriented and
Organised: You are comfortable handling material and stock data, maintaining IT records, carrying out basic technical testing on concrete products, and spotting maintenance needs before they become issues.
Adaptable and Self-Motivated: You thrive whether working independently to run plant operations or engaging collaboratively with wider operational managers and delivery teams.
