The Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building lasting relationships? At Holcim UK, we’re on a mission to shape a more sustainable future, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to play a vital role in supporting our Asphalt customers.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they get the service, information, and support they need, while helping to keep projects running smoothly. This is more than just answering calls; it’s about problem-solving, planning ahead, and being part of a team that keeps construction moving across the UK.

What You’ll Bring

  • You’re a people person friendly, approachable, and confident chatting with customers over the phone or email
  • You’ve got a great attitude proactive, positive, and ready to roll up your sleeves when things get busy.
