The Opportunity
As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them with product information, quotations, orders, and ongoing support. You will work collaboratively with internal teams including sales, pricing, operations, and logistics to ensure customers receive the highest level of service. This is a fast-paced and varied role that would suit someone who is confident communicating with people, highly organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer care.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
