The Opportunity
Here at Holcim, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator to join our Procurement team. This role is a Maternity Cover, on a 12 month contract basis. This is a key position responsible for supporting inspection processes and ensuring full compliance across operational and regulatory requirements. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating site inspections and reporting, as well as supporting internal teams to ensure all compliance is consistent.
Who you are
- Previous experience in an administrative position is essential, with a compliance-based role desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel or Google Sheets)
- Experience within a regulated environment is desirable
