What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee all electrical engineering activity across the Northern region ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support the delivery of major sustainability and innovation projects, including the electrification of plant fleets and recycled materials technology.
- Partner with site and unit managers to drive performance enhancement, energy efficiency, and long-term electrical asset planning.
- Lead audits, VFL (Visible Felt Leadership) activities, and ensure all engineering activities align with Holcim's Environmental & Safety Management System (ESMS).
- Support the planning and budgeting of shutdowns, new installations, upgrades and preventative maintenance strategies.
- Mentor and coach local electrical teams and contractors, building a strong network of capable engineers across the region.
