Working on a rotating 2 shift pattern, youll help produce high-quality concrete products in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to a high-performing team, and be part of a business committed to excellence.

Operate and maintain automated block-making equipment and mobile plant, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.

Support the shift supervisor in achieving productivity and quality targets, contributing to team success.

Diagnose and resolve production-related issues to minimise downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards, demonstrating a commitment to a zero-harm workplace.

Work to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, maintaining high levels of productivity, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance.

Who You Are Youre a proactive and enthusiastic team player with the skills and mindset needed to excel in a fast-paced production environment.

Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure setting.

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including lifting and carrying.

Forklift driving experience is desirable not mandatory.
