As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them with product information, quotations, orders, and ongoing support. You will work collaboratively with internal teams including sales, pricing, operations, and logistics to ensure customers receive the highest level of service.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions
- Generate quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
- Stay up to date with product updates, promotions, and market developments
- Support the wider sales team with customer account management activities
- Passionate about customer service and relationship building
- Comfortable using computer systems and handling administrative tasks
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, internal sales, or account support preferred
