Here at Holcim, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator to join our Procurement team. This role is a Maternity Cover, on a 12 month contract basis. This is a key position responsible for supporting inspection processes and ensuring full compliance across operational and regulatory requirements. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating site inspections and reporting, as well as supporting internal teams to ensure all compliance is consistent.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in an administrative position is essential, with a compliance-based role desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Experience within a regulated environment is desirable
