Holbrooks is a long-established printing company based in Hilsea, Portsmouth. We produce a wide range of printed material including magazines, brochures, catalogues and other commercial print.
The Role
- All Sales and Purchase Ledger and Costing functions.
- All aspects of Payroll including PAYE, Nest and managing New Starters.
- Bank Reconciliations, preparing monthly accounts and liaising with the Company Accountant.
- Credit Control and generating reports for Senior Management.
- Other general administrative duties.
The Candidate
- Have a broad level of knowledge of Company accounting functions.
- Be proficient in Sage Accounts, Sage Payroll or equivalent.
- Possess an excellent attention to detail.
- Have a confident and pleasant telephone manner when chasing payments.
Training where necessary will be given to the successful candidate. Normal office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm but are open to discussion. 33 days leave per annum including Bank Holidays.
