- Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams to align event strategy with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Creative Production manager to develop creative concepts and messaging for events to align with branding and objectives.
- Adapt event plans quickly in response to changing market conditions or priorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate event design and execution.
- Support brand activations across key markets.
- Track and analyze event metrics such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and conversion outcomes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, fostering stakeholder relationships and identifying potential ambassadors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with broader brand objectives.
- Track and analyze event success, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Manage the events calendar for timely and effective execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in end-to-end event management, including hybrid and virtual events, preferably in international and fast-paced environments.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio of successful PR campaigns or events.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with eSIM technology and telecom trends is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and press engagements.
- Minimum C1 level of English (spoken and written) or native proficiency.
- Data-oriented mindset: able to analyze results and optimize events for maximum impact and efficiency.
- Comfortable working autonomously and flexibly within a remote, fast-scaling team.
