About the Position
Holafly is on the hunt for top-tier talent to assist in the global growth of our Affiliate Program. We partner up with a variety of third-parties and establish a long-term, performance-based partnership with them in order to drive sales to Holafly. Your mission is to drive growth through strategic affiliate partnerships and campaigns. Leveraging your travel industry expertise, you will create data-driven campaigns to promote travel products and services, maximizing revenue and aligning with business goals. By managing affiliate relationships and tapping into regional trends, you’ll expand our brand presence and deliver measurable results across English-speaking markets, with a key focus on the UK & Australia.
Responsibilities
- Grow and optimize existing affiliate collaborations, establishing successful and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners and revenue drivers.
- Account manage new affiliate partnerships, from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimisations.
- Closely monitor affiliate activity and performance, including carrying out fraud checks.
- Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels.
- Actively help to increase our position in strategic markets.
- Directly develop, manage, and execute local strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in Affiliate Marketing, influencer relations, or strategic partnerships.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency with the Impact platform and a strong command of SEO tools (specifically Ahrefs).
- Language: Native or professional fluency in English to lead negotiations in key global markets.
- Data Analysis: Strong ability to extract insights using Excel and Google Analytics to drive partnership growth.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
