Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Engineering / Full-Stack Developer to build our MVP and lead HOKS’ technical vision. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup at the ground level, shape the product from day one, and participate in the company’s growth through equity ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Together develop, and deploy the HOKS for web and mobile platforms.
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Implement front-end UI/UX and mobile app functionality.
- Collaborate with designers and interns to iterate quickly on product features.
- Make strategic technical decisions to support long-term growth and scalability.
- Ensure high-quality code, testing, and documentation standards.
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Proficient in Java and mobile app development (Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks).
- Experience with web technologies (React, Node.js, Django, or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of database design, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration.
- Startup mindset: flexible, resourceful, and able to work in an early-stage environment.
- Passion for AI, networking, and building scalable products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
