About the role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hokodo, you will drive our growth engine by working with Revenue Operations, Marketing and Account Executives to qualify leads and collaboratively build Hokodoâs sales pipeline. You will engage with prospects to better qualify needs and skillfully identify high value opportunities, managing all early sales funnel activities. You are used to delivering value in complex situations and are energised by learning about new and existing products. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of demand generation and sales processes, the articulation of Hokodoâs value proposition, and the creation of key assets.
Location: We work in a hybrid way, spending two days per week in our London office (near Liverpool street). This allows us to strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and socialising, while supporting flexibility for individuals and their teams.
What youâll do
- Set up discovery meetings between Account Executives & potential clients that turn into qualified opportunities
- Meticulously manage your Sales Funnel, keeping up to date with the progress of client relationships and maintain the cadence of your client communication
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling, email, social selling and your own creative approaches, and responding to inbound inquiries
- Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability to prepare hand-off to sales
- Effectively work through lead lists, consistently update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting efforts
- Provide feedback and insights to Marketing and Revenue Operations to help us improve targeting and messaging
- Contribute to improvements in our sales processes and cross-team collaboration

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
