HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Process employee changes including starters, leavers, promotions, and contract amendments.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
- CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards CIPD accreditation (desirable).
Essential Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Experience maintaining confidential records. but we keep as is
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience using HR or workforce information systems.
