The Role
As Manager, Sales for HOKA, you’ll be responsible for the long-term management and strategic revenue growth of HOKA across selected key account partners, as well as regional targets and management. You’ll develop strong cross-functional collaboration in the UK to deliver brand plans, profitable growth, effective sell-in, and sustainable account performance. As a people manager, you’ll lead, coach, and develop direct reports, set clear objectives, and foster a high-performing, accountable, and inclusive team culture.
Your Impact
- Own the end-to-end key account management strategy for designated partners, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across buying, sales, merchandising, logistics, and marketing.
- Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets while protecting brand margin across all assigned accounts.
- Prepare strategic account plans and deliver seasonal range sell-in to existing and prospective partners.
- Manage forward-order and in-season business through close analysis of sell-through, inventory, availability, and forecasts.
- Drive impactful marketing concepts with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on digital awareness and performance marketing.
- Visit accounts regularly and build relationships from store teams through to managing directors.
- Maintain brand visibility, product standards, assortments, point-of-sale execution, and appropriate stock packages.
- Prepare sales reports, sell-through insights, forecasts, and market intelligence for sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Customer Service to secure the correct order book, manage timelines and stock levels, and take corrective action where required.
- Participate in business projects and support the ongoing development of the wider sales team.
- Lead and manage direct reports through objective setting, regular coaching, performance feedback, development planning, and effective workload prioritization.

- Wholesale sales experience with pan-European players, omnichannel retailers, and/or key accounts.
- Experience managing a large sales book and delivering strategic account plans.
- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing direct reports, including performance management, objective setting, and succession planning.
- Able to prepare and present information clearly to management, clients, and colleagues at all organizational levels.
- Analytical, digital, and process-driven, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work flexible hours and travel domestically and internationally at short notice in line with business needs.
- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to delegate effectively, provide constructive feedback, manage performance fairly, and create an inclusive environment where team members can develop and succeed.
