The Role

As the PR Specialist for HOKA, you will support the delivery of the EMEA PR and Ambassador strategy across key markets, helping to build brand awareness, cultural relevance, and consumer engagement in line with regional and global objectives.

Your work will focus on coordinating day-to-day PR, influencer, and ambassador activity, ensuring campaigns, product launches, events, storytelling initiatives, and partnerships are executed seamlessly and to a high standard.

You will collaborate closely with agency partners, media contacts, ambassadors, influencers, and cross-functional teams across marketing, social, sports marketing, events, and product to deliver integrated campaigns that strengthen HOKA's presence across sport, lifestyle, and culture.

  • Own the coordination of PR, influencer, and ambassador activity across EMEA markets.
  • Develop strong relationships with agencies, media, influencers, ambassadors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to execute integrated campaigns and activations.
  • Ensure campaigns, launches, events, and storytelling initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards.
  • Care for ambassador programmes, product seeding, press samples, and campaign logistics.
  • Support reporting, campaign tracking, media monitoring, and performance analysis to optimise future activity.
  • Lead efficient communication processes and maintain organised systems that support smooth execution across the region.

Who You Are

  • You are a highly organised project coordinator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in PR, communications, influencer marketing, brand marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting PR campaigns, influencer activations, ambassador programmes, events, or product launches.
  • Knowledge of sport, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Experience working with agencies, media, influencers, talent partners, or ambassadors.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with media monitoring, reporting, influencer tracking, or analytics platforms is a plus.
  • A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline is beneficial but not essential.
