The Role

As the Brand Marketing Specialist for HOKA, you will support the delivery of brand‑consistent content and consumer experiences across owned platforms, including Social Media, CRM, HOKA.com, Retail and Membership. You will bring the HOKA brand to life across the consumer ecosystem while driving engagement through partner activations, events, paid social and other acquisition channels.

Your work will focus on coordinating social media content and community management across Europe, ensuring every touchpoint is on‑brand, high quality and aligned with the long‑term brand strategy. You will support the execution and localisation of brand campaigns and content, refine activations based on performance insights, and help strengthen brand affinity through membership, digital experiences and consumer engagement initiatives.

Your Impact

  • Own the coordination of HOKA Europe’s social media channels, supporting content roll‑out, community management and brand consistency across the region.
  • Develop compelling and consistent brand experiences across social, CRM, HOKA.com, retail, membership and partner channels.
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, retail, events, DTC, performance marketing and country teams to deliver integrated consumer experiences.
  • Ensure all content, creative assets and communications align with established brand guidelines, content standards and consumer‑first principles.
  • Care for the customer journey by supporting personalised, localised and relevant brand experiences across Europe.
  • Support membership initiatives, HOKA.com content development, campaign activation, reporting and insight‑led optimisation activities.
  • Lead day‑to‑day stakeholder coordination across agencies, freelancers and cross‑functional teams to ensure excellent execution and brand expression.

  • Experience coordinating with agencies, freelancers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in copywriting, proofreading and content review skills is a plus.
