The Role

As the Regional Marketing Director, you will lead and inspire country marketing teams across the EMEA region to deliver locally relevant, consumer-centric marketing plans aligned with Global and EMEA strategies. You will own the regional marketing flywheel, integrating brand, community, retail, wholesale and activation strategies to drive sustainable growth, brand impact and commercial success. As a senior leader, leading 5 local HUBS within EMEA region, you will play a pivotal role in developing high-performing teams, shaping future marketing leaders, and translating global strategy into actionable local market execution across one of the world's most dynamic regions.

Your Impact

  • Lead, inspire and develop country marketing teams across EMEA, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusion and high performance while ensuring alignment between Global, EMEA and local strategies.
  • Translate global and regional business objectives into clear regional priorities and frameworks, leading the development and review of country marketing plans to ensure strategic consistency and executional excellence.
  • Inspire and provoke new approaches and forward thinking among brand initiatives by sharing innovative external practices and connections.
  • Own the regional marketing flywheel, integrating brand campaigns, community engagement, retail, wholesale and partner activations while driving key city strategies and elevating community-led marketing initiatives across EMEA.
  • Lead retail, wholesale and key account marketing strategy, ensuring premium consumer-centric activations, fostering authentic brand connections and delivering impactful retail and field experience programmes.
  • Establish KPI frameworks, leverage consumer and commercial insights, and drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices and optimising regional marketing performance

  • Proven success leading and developing senior marketing teams across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Strong expertise in brand marketing, integrated campaigns, go-to-market planning and operating within Global-Regional-Local business structures.
  • Experience within consumer, lifestyle, sports, fashion or premium brands is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse markets and functions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, KPI management capability and experience translating strategy into measurable execution.
  • A passion for brand-building, sport, consumer culture and innovative marketing, combined with a digital-first mindset and willingness to challenge convention.
