The Role

As a Sales Executive for HOKA in Northern Ireland, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our brand’s presence in the Irish sporting landscape. You’ll manage and grow relationships with independent retailers, drive sales, and be a key ambassador for HOKA. This role is about more than numbers—it’s about building partnerships, inspiring retail teams, and connecting communities to a brand that champions movement and innovation. Your Impact

  • Manage and grow sales with existing independent retail accounts, while identifying and opening new accounts to expand HOKA’s reach.
  • Deliver seasonal product presentations and secure orders, ensuring retailers are excited and informed about new collections.
  • Forecast sales and optimize orders to achieve territory goals.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and standards are consistently upheld across all retail partners.
  • Train retail staff to become passionate HOKA brand ambassadors, sharing product knowledge and brand heritage.
  • Execute in-store merchandising and coordinate local promotions to maximize brand visibility.
  • Organize and participate in consumer events, races, and community activations to engage runners and sports enthusiasts.
  • Report field activities, market trends, and competitor insights to the company, contributing to strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Credit Control teams to deliver seamless service and support.
  • Propose improvements in sales, training, merchandising, and promotional processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
